On Thursday, September 18, Telpay hosted the first annual Telpay for Trees Event at FortWhyte Alive in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Partnering with Tree Canada through their Partners In Planting Program, the event was in support National Tree Day. A country wide celebration for all Canadians to appreciate the benefits that trees provide us, that include clean air, wildlife habitat, beauty and connecting with nature. Continue reading
On September 11, the 2nd Annual La Classique Caisse Golf Tournament took place at Maplewood Golf Course in Saint-Pierre-Jolys, Manitoba. This year’s celebrity golfer was Yvon Cournoyer of the Montréal Canadiens Alumni, Hockey Hall of Fame inductee and 10-time Stanley Cup winner.
Telpay was a sponsor of the golf tournament. Golfing for Telpay were Jason Olson, Sean Camara, Eric Bayer and Lisa Shaw. As well, Kristin Macaulay and Cheryl Mains spent the day at Telpay’s booth serving refreshing sangria, cucumber water along with our delicious Telpay cookies from Cake-ology.
