Telpay will be closed for Thanksgiving on October 10th 2016, and no electronic payments will be processed. We believe that everyone should be able to enjoy a stress-free holiday, so we have created the following advice.
Steps to Enjoy the Thanksgiving Long Weekend:
- Plan your payments in advance, to avoid any surprises.
- Check our Holiday Schedule to be sure on funding deadlines.
- Double check someone is bringing pie.
- Relax, and enjoy spending time with loved ones.
Hopefully, this will help you spend more time with family and less time worrying about payment deadlines.
We would like to remind our customers that the Telpay offices will be closed on Monday, September 5, and will not be processing any payroll direct deposit or payable payments.

The Labour Day long weekend can be bittersweet as everyone says goodbye to summer. An extra day off provides a great opportunity to complete any unfinished activities on your summer wish list, whether you are planning a quick getaway or enjoying a day at the beach.

This year, Canadians celebrate Victoria Day on Monday, May 23rd. For many of us, this signifies the start of the summer months to come. Here at Telpay, we plan on enjoying the warmer weather, and you should too!

It is never too early to start prepping for the upcoming holidays. If your holiday schedule tends to be a bit hectic, remember to plan your payments in advance, so that you can enjoy everything the holiday season has to offer.
The Telpay office will not process or accept funds for payroll and payments on December 25, December 28 and January 1. Please use our Holiday Funding Schedule to ensure that your payroll and payments are funded and scheduled on time.
