How did you find out about Telpay?

What did you do before?
I was making direct deposits through a local company, but unfortunately, there were little things that were getting overlooked, that made me uneasy. I wanted more reporting, as well as better internal control so that I could check over things for my own peace of mind.

Getting Started
As a Mac user, once I got Parallels and Windows for Mac installed, it was well worth it to have Telpay on my very own computer. Even when I was installing and ran into a problem, all I did was call Telpay. With the help of a live Customer Care Professional and follow up from an IT person, I was up and running in no time.

Figures at your fingertips
Now I get a chance to review each expense and double check the payment before I approve it. I have access to everything, so I can conveniently go back and look at payment histories as well. It allows me to put another set of eyes on my bookkeeping to make sure my payments are being made accurately.

Customer Service
This is where Telpay is exceptional, and goes beyond the call of duty. Late one afternoon I was concerned about an issue and called Telpay. The Rep (Karen) that was familiar with my situation was on a break. However, when she heard that it was me, she immediately picked up the phone and returned to her computer to help me out.
