On September 11, the 2nd Annual La Classique Caisse Golf Tournament took place at Maplewood Golf Course in Saint-Pierre-Jolys, Manitoba. This year’s celebrity golfer was Yvon Cournoyer of the Montréal Canadiens Alumni, Hockey Hall of Fame inductee and 10-time Stanley Cup winner.
Telpay was a sponsor of the golf tournament. Golfing for Telpay were Jason Olson, Sean Camara, Eric Bayer and Lisa Shaw. As well, Kristin Macaulay and Cheryl Mains spent the day at Telpay’s booth serving refreshing sangria, cucumber water along with our delicious Telpay cookies from Cake-ology.
This community golf tournament is in support of Francofonds. Established in 1978, Francofonds is an organization that supports and promotes the development of French culture by collecting, managing and distributing funds to its French heritage communities.
