Telpay is pleased to be a Platinum Sponsor of the 2014 Canadian Condominium Institute Spring Conference, June 4–7 in Winnipeg. This annual conference is being hosted by the Manitoba Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute, bringing together members and experts from across the country.
As a Platinum Sponsor, Telpay will showcase our electronic payment system, on not only how to send, but also to receive money in the form of a Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD), which is key feature to property managers and condo owners.
The Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) was founded in 1982 as an independent non-profit organization to facilitate the operation of condominium corporations with education, technical support and education for participating members. It is the only national association of its kind, acting as a centre for condominium activities, questions and projects throughout the country. Instead of focusing on one particular field of specialization, the Canadian Condominium Institute unifies the different areas of professions and interest groups with their common factor – creating and maintaining a successful condominium community. CCI also works with government agencies and practitioners by researching and providing objective data pertaining to condominium affairs.
An education session open to both CCI members and non-members is being presented on Saturday June 7th at the Inn at the Forks from 8:30 am – 12:30 pm. The session will focus on the interpersonal challenges involved in the management and ownership of condominiums. Discussions with both local and national speakers will revolve around what community living is all about and how to best handle conflicts as they arise so that condominium corporations can maximize their efficiency with ease.
